HMS Inc. understands that in a world of budget constraints, the formalized value engineering process has become more a standard practice than the rare exception. We have worked on hundreds of projects that have utilized formal Value Engineering and understand that this process should mean much more than cost cutting, but ideally includes the incorporation of higher function, if possible. Technology we currently use include Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Project), MII (MCACES software), InEight, and Autodesk software including Revit.
